It was vanessa 2nd bday. she held it at "Build A Bear Workshop" at suntec city! it was so much fun. didn't take much pics cos as usual, 1 adult to 1 child.. how to take pics! these are complimentary from Auntie Michelle and Auntie Cindy!

A picture with Keira. She was busy fiddling with the sunglass accessory for the teddy bears. I was so engross with the big logo on the floor!

Ok, you see abit of my teddy bear which is sitting on the floor. Now Keira is trying to put on the sunglasses while i was staring at other kinds of already made bears!

Ashlyn who is turning 2 soon has a long list of things she can do:

Sing all the songs (nursery rhymes) very well with action!

Learning mandarin,

can fill in the last words for chinese nursery rhymes,

can count until 20,

she will listen n do wat i say,

can throw tanturms too!

she can feed kaitlyn little biscuits,

can say mummy, daddy, kaitlyn and her name

can draw a face,

she can wash her own hair (at the end of the shower, i still hv to wash),

alot of vocabs,

can form sentences,

can command mummy and daddy to do things like "mummy sit, mummy eat rice n vege:,

loves eating vege by itself,

can eat ladies finger! (mummy hates most),

can brush her own teeth (more like biting and eating toothpaste),

still snatching kaitlyn's toys,

still insist more attention to her than kaitlyn,

will cry n ask for attention when kaitlyn crys.

KAITLYN at close to 10 months:

can press the squeeky toy on the book with her thumb,

can say "mama",

can say "papa",

can do leopard crawl really fast,

loves to draw on the magnetic board,

recognises pple to carry now,

loves to ask to carry,

loves to giggle and laugh out loud,

loves to scream,

can waive bye when u ask her say "bye bye",

can do friend kiss when saying bye bye.

Just afew days back,

Kaitlyn was suppose to go for a nap on the "sarong". Grandma brought her in the room and shut the door, placed her inside and within seconds mummy heard a "thug" and Kaitlyn crying. The whole "sarong" fell on the floor and she landed back flat on the floor with the "sarong" metal rod over her. She cried her heart out, Mummy's heart sank as she ran in the room. Poor gal... To make things worst, I had to make a fuss over nothing and pretend to cry and make pple pay attention to me!!!

Kaitlyn is learning to talk

my little kaitlyn is sick. She was only out from hospital 2 days ago as she suddenly stopped breathing when she was sleeping.. :( she stayed in KK for a day and was up and running around when she is suddenly down with fever n stomache diarohea.. poor thing.. despite being sick.. she picked up a new skill she is now talking... saying her first word.. "PAPA".. hahahaah... shall upload the video soon

update...

now i am now 18 months, here are the things i can do..

all songs i learn from teacher at GUG;
count things;
sing her ABC;
sing barney's I LOVE U;
sing wheel on the bus;
sing old macdonald's farm;
sing incy wincy spider;
sing twinkle twinkle little star;
put single words together, (i.e. mummy sit eat, mummy eat rice, mummy sleeping)
can help mummy to carry groceries when she goes grocery shopping;
can blow her own bubbles;
can understand commands reali well (i.e. go take shoes to daddy);
throw things when i throw tantrum;
pat my mummy and daddy to sleep;
apply moisturizer for kaitlyn;
can memorize my zoophonics very well;
and the list goes on n on n on.....

now kaitlyn is turning 6 months, things she can do;

she can wheel very well on the walker!
she can eat one bowl of cereal for breakfast;
she can eat one bowl of porridge for lunch;
she can sleep on the bed herself;
she can turn very well and learning to turn 360 degrees around;
she can raise her hands for carry;
she is responding to mummy well now that mummy doesn't reali take care of her;
she can chase us around the house and sit down n watch barney together..

merry xmas

it's christmas round the corner. we had xmas celebration early as mummy and daddy are going away.. w/o us.. she is worried even though she know she will enjoy herself.
had party at auntie dianne's place. it was reali fun, there was a play area for the kids and there were so much food and she had nice pool. kaitlyn and eha jiejie came along to the party.. we all had fun.. didn't manage to take pics.. all these were taken from rest of the aunties..

there they are.. look at my face.. it's past my bed time.. that's why i look grumpy!! well at least i know i enjoyed myself alot! i knocked out when i reached home, mummy was trying hard to keep me awake on the way home!

we had a separate xmas celebration at home on 21 December 2008, mummy cooked her specialty, sheperd's pie and tomato orgeano.. and we ordered some stuff from crystal jade palace.. the log cake looks nice.. shall update the pic soon!!!

HAPPY CHILDRENS' DAY

Happy Children's day to me.. my first picnic with yeye and gong gong and yiyi and daddy and mummy.. wah.. so many to name.. and we were having picnic at Pasir Ris park!!!

i had spade and bucket for sand building this time with the compliments of yiyi.. see.. not so scared as the 1st encounter with sand..

por por trying to get me down deeper into the water while i holding on tightly to daddy dearest.

MY FIRST TRIP TO SENTOSA

my first encounter with sand.. it feels really weird.. guess who burried my feet.. my daddy!! mean right?

After awhile, i got use to the sand.. while my daddy is drinking away with Uncle Karl, i was buzy picking up sand and mummy is busy taking pictures!

Ok.. taking sand and putting it in my own plastic cup!

Evidence taken and submitted.. See.. my leg burried again.. by you know who!! (mayb he is drunk)..

Trying to pose and take a nice picture.. but abit difficult in the hot weather.. Actually cos i wanted to dig more sand.

I don't like the sea water.. look how dirty they are!!! ok.. ignore mummy she looks like she is going to shit.. but not..

Ok.. why uncle Karl at the background is drinking his life away with heineken.. i am drowning myself with cool, chilled ribena...

Ok.. very tired.. time to rest and have a BISCUIT.. tat used to be my favourite until the milk scam came.. haiz...
